Eucharistic Adoration



Our Adoration Chapel has been moved from St. Joseph's Church to Holy Ghost Church as of Saturday, 24 November.  The front doors of Holy Ghost Church (those facing Linden St.) will be open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.  The adoration chapel is to the right as you enter. 
 
Please contact the office if you would like to sign up for an hour of adoration of our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament!

Thanksgiving News

A reminder about the Thanksgiving Day Mass at St. Joseph's Church at 9 a.m.  Please join with us in this tri-lingual celebration in which we will give thanks to our God for His many blessings upon us, and in particular for the witness of St. Joseph's Parish over the years.

Mass of Remembrance for Children Who Died before Birth

 
Saturday, December 8, 2012 9:00 A.M.
St. Joseph Parish, 208 S. Main St, Attleboro
All are welcome to attend this Mass of Remembrance for Pre-Born Children and experience the profound peace, love and mercy of Christ. A special invitation is extended to parents, grandparents and siblings who grieve the death of children as a result of miscarriage, stillbirth or abortion. These losses may be recent or extend over many years.
A special Book for first names will be available at St. John the Evangelist, St. Joseph and Holy Ghost parishes in Attleboro until the Eve of the Immaculate Conception (12/7/12). Parents are invited to write the first name of their children in the book. The first names will be read at the December 8th Mass.
Light refreshments will be available in the parish hall immediately following Mass.

March for Life

NFP Info Session

Celina and John Dellamorte will be offering an Introduction to Natural Family Planning Sunday, October 7th, at St. Joseph's Church (208 S. Main St.). They will speak briefly at the end of the 10:30 English and 12 Noon Spanish Masses, then will invite folks downstairs to meet with them and watch a 25-minute video "Introduction to NFP" (it will be shown in English in the first session and in Spanish in the second session). All are welcome to attend. After the video they will have a question and answer session. They will then offer sign-ups for series of classes for couples on NFP (the series costs $140, although financial aid is available - but the session on October 7th is free).

RCIA offers an opportunity to come together in a small group to learn more about our faith.

Sessions focus on the teachings and experience of Church and prepare individuals to celebrate the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist during the Easter season.

You are welcome to participate in the process with your questions, your insights and your faith story in a warm accepting setting.
